Overview

From connecting with nature to being present and mindful, there are many ways we can look after our mental health. Australia Post is proud to partner with Beyond Blue to support mental health and wellbeing in our community and connect people to important information and support. This stamp issue, Journey to Wellbeing, features artwork by Beyond Blue’s lived-experience community members depicting their own unique and personal representation of how they connect and look after their mental health. The issue aims to raise awareness about mental health and highlight the importance of looking after our mental health and reaching out for support early. Everyone’s mental health journey is different, and our stamps symbolise this personal journey.
