In 2021, The Wiggles are celebrating 30 years of their unique style of children’s entertainment, involving catchy songs, exciting dance moves and, of course, bright coloured skivvies!

The Wiggles have more than one billion music streams, more than 70 CD and DVD releases and continue to perform to sold-out crowds within Australia and around the world.

The Wiggles were formed in 1991 by Anthony Field, Jeff Fatt, Murray Cook and Greg Page, who combined their musical talent with a background in early childhood education to create a unique brand of positive and inclusive children’s entertainment. In 2012, Emma Watkins, Lachlan Gillespie and Simon Pryce, together with Anthony Field, became the latest incarnation of the group, continuing to delight young fans (and their parents) through song, dance, pantomime, audience interaction and more. Joining The Wiggles has been a band of Wiggly friends: Captain Feathersword, Dorothy the Dinosaur, Wags the Dog, Henry the Octopus and Shirley Shawn the Unicorn.

“If you want to see a room light up, watch what happens when children start singing. It’s a joy that spreads through young and old. It’s been a real adventure over the last thirty years, and we hope to be having this much fun for at least another 30 years to come! 2021 marks a very important moment for us and we cannot wait to celebrate this milestone with all our fans, young and old,” says Blue Wiggle, Anthony Field.

In honour of three decades of The Wiggles, on 20 April 2021, we’re releasing a licensed stamp pack, which contains 12 self-adhesive MyStamps, with your favourite Wiggles and Wiggly friends within the designs.

When you open the pack, you’ll hear the new Wiggles song, “We’re All Fruit Salad!” The song, which playfully riffs on the band’s iconic hit “Fruit Salad’, was released to celebrate the group’s 30-year milestone. It celebrates important themes of diversity, inclusion, respect and appreciation, and features many special guest artists and performers, including Richie Allan, Lou Diamond Phillips, Evie Ferris, James Harkness, Jawan M. Jackson, Taylor Symone Jackson, Paul Knobloch, Robert Rakete and Victor Valdes.

The We’re All Fruit Salad! Tour will feature both classic and new songs from the group and is travelling to Perth, Adelaide, Bendigo, Geelong, Melbourne, Wollongong, Newcastle, Sydney, Townsville and Mackay, in 2021. This marks a long-awaited return to the stage to celebrate 30 years of Wiggling.

Not only are The Wiggles excited to be going on tour, but they’re also excited about being on a stamp: “Emma, Simon, Anthony and I are just thrilled to be working alongside Australia Post and to be on a stamp is a wonderful thing!” said Purple Wiggle, Lachy Gillespie.

The Wiggles: 30 Years Musical Stamp Pack is available from 20 April 2021, online, at participating Post Offices and via mail order on 1800 331 794, while stocks last.
