2018 has been a year of royal celebrations. In April 2018, we marked the 92nd birthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II with a floral-inspired stamp issue. Coming soon are two further stamp issues celebrating key royal events.

The Birth of HRH Prince Louis of Cambridge stamp issue, which will be released on 3 July 2018, will celebrate the birth of the fifth in line to the British throne. Prince Louis Arthur Charles, the third child of William and Catherine, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, was born on 23 April 2018, weighing 8 pounds and 7 ounces.

The 2018 stamp issue The Royal Wedding will commemorate the marriage of Prince Harry and Ms Meghan Markle, which occurred in St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle on 19 May 2018. The bride wore a silk gown by Givenchy as well as a bandeau tiara that belonged to Queen Mary, the latter on loan from Her Majesty the Queen. The pair, now known as The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, made their first public appearance as a married couple at Prince Charles' 70th birthday public celebrations on 22 May.

The Birth of HRH Prince Louis of Cambridge stamp issue will be available for purchase from 3 July 2018 and The Royal Wedding stamp issue will be available from 2 October 2018, online, at participating Post Offices and via mail order on 1800 331 794, while stocks last.
