Marvel Avengers: Endgame stamp pack
A culmination of 22 interconnected films, the fourth instalment of the Avengers saga has just been released in Australia and will see audiences witness the turning point of this epic journey. Australia Post released a licensed stamp pack on 4 June 2019, containing 20 Map of Australia stamps from the Love to Celebrate stamp issue, as well as Marvel Avengers character images in the stamp tabs.
The Secret Life of Pets 2 stamp pack
Also out now is a licensed stamp pack for the upcoming movie The Secret Life of Pets 2. This is the sequel to the 2016 movie hit about the lives our pets lead after we leave for work or school each day. The pack contains 20 Balloon stamps from the Moments to Treasure stamp issue as well as cute character images in the stamp tabs.
90th Anniversary of the Women’s Pioneer Society postage prepaid envelope
Ninety years ago, on 7 June 1929, five women from pioneer families in Sydney met to discuss forming a society of women descendants of the early pioneers. By the end of that year, the Women’s Pioneer Society had attracted 350 members. Today, the Women’s Pioneer Society of Australasia has 128 members throughout Australia, Papua New Guinea and Fiji, with the aim of maintaining the traditions and historical records of pioneering women in Australia. This postage prepaid envelope (PPE), released on 7 June 2019, includes a photograph of a meeting of the Society in October 1934.
Mary Poppins postcard
This delightful and whimsical pre-paid postcard, to be released on 17 June 2019, is, as it says on the front, “practically perfect in every way”. Featuring a silhouette of Mary Poppins herself, this postcard is sure to bring joy to its recipient. Mary Poppins is one of Disney’s most enchanting stories and its movie sequel Mary Poppins Returns, released earlier this year, delighted a whole new generation.
Dr Seuss 115th Birthday stamp pack
On 26 June 2019, we will release a very special pack in honour of much-loved children’s book author Dr Seuss (born Theodore Seuss Geisel on 2 March 1904). The sheetlet contains 20 Balloon stamps from the Moments to Treasure stamp issue. The sheetlet design incorporates classic book covers from favourite titles such as Hop on Pop, Green Eggs and Ham, Yertle the Turtle, and The Cat in the Hat, as well as beloved characters such as the Grinch, the Lorax, and Thing One and Thing Two.
The Avengers: Endgame stamp pack, and The Secret Life of Pets 2 stamp pack are available now, online, at participating Post Offices and via mail order on 1800 331 794, while stocks last.
