Ford Australia’s manufacturing, engineering and design story began in 1925, when a disused woolstore in Geelong was established as a temporary assembly plant. Factories were soon established in all states. Ford Australia has a history of developing vehicles that have become iconic in Australian motoring folklore, and the legacy of Ford in Australia remains strong with fans of popular Australian car models.

Australia Post has teamed with Ford Australia to produce a licensed stamp pack that celebrates Ford’s design, innovation and technology legacy. Set for release on 29 September 2017, the Ford Australian Classic Vehicles stamp pack contains 36 Map of Australia stamps from the 2016 Love to Celebrate stamp issue.
