The start of Australia Post Collecting Month is only a week away, and it’s all about some fascinating creatures of the Cretaceous Period.
From Monday 5 September 2022, you’ll get the chance to go on the hunt for our four collectable dinosaur coins! There are four $1 coins to collect, each featuring Australian dinosaurs, plus five stamps featuring the same four dinosaurs and a pterosaur.
Visit any participating Post Office or go online to purchase the dino coins and stamps. The coins are available in a 4-coin collection or in a special-edition privy mark 4-coin collection, where each unique privy mark together spells out the word D.I.N.O.
Until 2 October 2022, you can also make a cash purchase in a participating Post Office and hunt for the special $1 dino coins in your change, while stocks last.
As part of Australia Post Collecting Month, we’ll also release a range of Australian Dinosaurs collectables, including stamp and coin covers, 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzles, Jurassic World stamp packs and so much more.
