Released on 7 June 2022 and out now are three special collectables that mark this historic occasion.
The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Perth Mint postal numismatic cover
This postal numismatic cover (PNC) contains a $1 uncirculated coin from The Perth Mint. The design on the coin’s reverse is based around the Royal Coat of Arms and features ancient heraldic symbols of England, Ireland and Scotland as well as stylised versions of an English rose, Irish shamrock, Scottish thistle and Australian wattle.
The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Royal Australian Mint postal numismatic cover
The 50c uncirculated coin presented in this PNC is from the Royal Australian Mint. The design showcases Her Majesty’s monogram in the coin’s centre and at the top is St Edward’s Crown. Fanning outwards are 70 additional crowns, one for each year of the Queen’s reign. Also featured are sprigs of Lily of the Valley, which formed part of the Queen’s wedding and coronation bouquets, and Golden Wattle, Australia’s national floral emblem.
