Hello Collectors
Welcome to our July and August edition of the Stamp Bulletin in 2025.
Thank you for your patience as we navigated changes to the standard pricing for stamps and the delay in 396 being released to you. However, it’s a bumper edition, which we are proud to present to you.
We begin the month of stamp issues with Opals, featuring a spotlight on Australia’s national gemstone. We feature beautiful Opals from around Australia in both international and domestic stamps.
Our next release in July, Cherished Celebrations, shines a spotlight on the unique way to celebrate life’s special milestones. Big events in our lives deserve a letter or note affixed with a stamp and this stamp issue has the major milestones covered.
Ferdinand Von Mueller 1825-1896, our first release in August 2025, highlights Australia’s greatest botanist, who named more than 2,000 different plant species and published 800 scientific articles and books. Our next issue in August continues the celebration of important Australia figures with Margaret Preston 1875-1963, who was a pioneer in modern art and best known for her paintings in local landscapes and flora.
Our final issue for August, Australian Antarctic Territory – Antarctic Krill, shines a light on a small but important species that provides food for the Antarctic ecosystem depicted in the stamp series. At risk due to climate change and ocean acidification, this tiny but mighty underwater species importantly rounds out the Stamp Bulletin 396 stamp releases.
Outside of our Stamp releases, we are calling all diehard footy fans; the 2025 AFL and NRL stamp packs are now available along with some exciting new memorabilia celebrating significant team milestones. Get them quick before they sell out.
Finally, you can find medallions commemorating significant milestones such as the 50th anniversary of Holden and Hello Kitty and PNCs celebrating King Charles III, The Fast and the Furious and Dorethea Mackellar. Moana fans can also find a must-have stamp collection inside celebrating the Moana 2.
