This month’s special collectable releases are all about animals, from cute and cuddly to fierce and fiery.

Quokka postal numismatic cover

Out now is a postal numismatic cover (PNC) featuring the small Australian macropod, the Quokka (Setonix brachyurus), which is closely related to wallabies and kangaroos. The Quokka is endemic to the South West region of Western Australia and is vulnerable to extinction.

The PNC presents a $1 uncirculated coin from The Perth Mint and a specially designed, postmarked, Quokka label.

Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous stamp pack

On 23 March, we’ll release a licensed stamp pack about the CGI-animated television series Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous. The series follows a group of six teenagers, chosen for a once-in-a-lifetime experience at a new adventure camp on the opposite side of Isla Nublar – the home of the Jurassic World theme park.

The pack contains 12 $1.10 self-adhesive MyStamps, with exciting dinosaur and Camp Cretaceous graphics within the designs.

Dreaming Down Under: Kangaroo PNC

On 24 March, we’ll release the first in a series of Dreaming Down Under PNCs, which present sleeping baby Australian animal coins from The Perth Mint.

This first PNC features a beautiful illustration of a baby kangaroo and a matching $1 uncirculated coin and will make for wonderful gift for the arrival of a new baby.
 

The Quokka PNC is available now, online, at participating Post Offices and via mail order on 1800 331 794, while stocks last.

The Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous stamp pack is available from 23 March 2021, and the Dreaming Down Under Kangaroo PNC from 24 March 2021, via the channels listed above.
